firstVPN has a zero tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any form of child abuse. We prohibit content, behavior, and activity that facilitates, depicts, promotes, or encourages CSAE.
- Do not create, distribute, request, or promote CSAE content.
- Do not use our services to facilitate harm to minors.
Reporting
To report suspected CSAE or child abuse related to our app or services, contact: ilkin.hasanoff@mail.ru
- Please include relevant details (date/time, screenshots, account identifiers if available).
- We review reports as quickly as possible and take appropriate action.
Enforcement
- We may restrict access, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for violations.
- We may preserve and share information when required by law or to respond to valid legal requests.
- We may report apparent CSAE to appropriate authorities when legally required or appropriate.
- We cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.

These standards apply to all content and activity connected to firstVPN, including in-app support/chat and any user-generated content areas (if present).
How we handle reports
- Review: we review incoming reports and may request additional information.
- Action: we may disable accounts, block access, and take steps to prevent further harm.
- Evidence: we may preserve relevant records to investigate and respond.
- Transparency: where permitted, we may notify affected users about enforcement actions.
